We have a new menu!
We recently took a vacation and rediscovered some foods from our past. It inspired us to create some new menu items, several of which are authentic Italian recipes from Mia’s kitchen.
We are happy to introduce you to Pizza a Taglio, a Roman style pizza available by the slice. We make the dough in-house, and bake it in the same wood-fired oven as our traditional pizza.
One slice of our Pizza al Taglio is perfect with a pint of Strong’s beer for lunch on the patio.

The Good Crust is a woman-owned, Maine-based company using Maine Grains to revive our local grain economy and support Maine’s farmers and millers, and take care of the land we live on. They also employ Mainers with unique needs by offering purposeful, paid training opportunities, and an inclusive workplace culture tailored to every team member’s strengths. What we source: our thin crust pizza dough.
